Youth leadership

This program avails young women and men a platform to experiment, make mistakes, learn, lead, and experience their own agency and realize the future they want. Our leadership training is rooted in the foundations of Servant Leadership, a person-centered approach, and the Human Rights-Based Approach. We equip participants with knowledge about the systems surrounding them and make them aware of the potential they have in making them more relevant, accessible, affordable, inclusive, and responsive to their real aspirations, challenges, and needs. We believe that educated, empowered and engaged young people possess the power to change and lead in the design and planning of the solutions to the world’s toughest problems.
